($250 ea.) • large letter or number foil balloons ($10 ea.) • 4 foot marquee letters or numbers ($100 per) • party favors (varies) • additional decor available upon request All custom decor and add on items need to be selected and confirmed within 7 days of booking.No changes can be made to themes and decor 14 days prior to event. A $600 deposit required to book event ($300 to Kids Corner to reserve date and $300 to Tying Knots Event Rentals for decor). All decor must be paid for within 7 days of booking. All other add on items can be paid for along with the remaining balance the day of the event. No refunds can be given for custom themed decor. No outside decor can be brought in with the exception of helium balloons. Outside food and drinks are allowed with management approval. Please bring your own cutting knife and utensils if you are bringing in a cake. Small, dry finger foods are best if bringing additional foods. Please no food that is messy or requires heating or refrigeration. Please communicate any food allergy concerns to our staff so that we can accomodate you. All food must be kept in the designated food areas and absolutely no food or drink can be brought onto the play floor.
Deposits for Private Events are non-refundable and full payment is required before the date of the event. Cancellations will lose their deposit. If you have to reschedule your party, you must give 14 days notice and reschedule within a 30 day timeslot. Parties that get rescheduled may have to be scheduled for a weekday evening if all private event availability is booked up. No cancelations can be made to custom themed decor. There are no refunds for custom themed decor. Please read our "Party FAQ and Policies" page for a full list of rules.
