Semi-Private Party

Service Description

Please read the "Party Policies" page before booking. Your party is not fully booked until we have received your deposit and signed booking contract. Enjoy our private party room for two full hours, play area is open to the public. What's Included: • Up to 15 kids • 2 hour party with private use of our party room • 1 Kids Corner party host You Provide: • Decorations (see policies page for what decorations are allowed) • Plates, napkins, cutlery • Food & Drinks (Please review policies on food) • Cake/Cupcakes Add on options: • pizzas ($15 ea.) • cupcakes ($30) • additional kids ($15 ea.) • custom coloring sheets ($30) • mini waters or juice boxes (.75 ea.) • additional party room time ($75 per half hour based on availability) Decor Rentals: • backdrop balloon garland ($150+) • front door balloons ($50+) • wooden arches ($50) • brass circle ($30) • cylinder pillar cake stands ($30) • floral centerpieces • linens ($5 ea. ) • large foil letter or number balloons ($10 ea.) • 4 foot tall LED marquee letters or numbers ($125 per) • additional decor may be available upon request 50% deposit is required to book your event and secure your date. All add on items can be paid for with the remaining balance the day of the party. No refunds can be given for custom themed party decor. We kindly ask that no outside balloons be brought in with the exception of helium balloons. A $50 fee will apply to anyone who brings in balloon garlands, either DIY or from another company. Please limit adults to 1 or 2 adults max per guest to help us prevent overcrowding.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits for Private Events are non-refundable and full payment is required before the date of the event. Cancellations will lose their deposit. If you have to reschedule your event/party, you must give 14 days notice and reschedule within a 30 day timeslot. Parties that get rescheduled may have to be scheduled for a weekday evening if all private event availability is booked up. No cancelations can be made to custom themed decor. There are no refunds for custom themed decor. Please read our "Party FAQ and Policies" page for a full list of rules.
