*Reservation & Payment

• I understand my invoice must be paid in full before my party begins.

• I understand my deposit is non-refundable.

• I understand additional charges may be applied to my card on file for damages, overtime, cleaning fees, missing rental items, or policy violations.

*Party Timeline

• I understand my reservation includes 30 minutes for decorating before my guests arrive.

• I understand setup and cleanup are included within my reservation time.

• I understand overtime is billed at $75 if I do not vacate the venue promptly at the end of my reservation.

• I understand that if I wish to extend my party reservation, I must make plans with Kids Corner in advance, and it has to be approved by management.

*Guest Policies

• I understand the maximum occupancy is 65 guests.

• I understand grippy socks are required for children ages 0–6.

• I understand shoes are not permitted on the play floor, for any guest.

• I agree to inform my guests of these policies.

*Food & Beverage Policies

• I understand messy, saucy foods, heavily dyed frosting, ice cream, and other prohibited food items may result in a $50 cleaning fee.

• I understand food and drinks must remain in designated eating areas.

• I understand Kids Corner does not provide refrigeration, heating or cooking equipment.

• I understand that damage caused by breaking our food & drink policies is my financial responsibility.

• I understand that alcohol is not permitted without event liquor insurance.

*Decorating Policies

• I understand my decorating time is limited to 30 minutes before my event and I may not drop off supplies earlier than this time.

• I understand balloon garlands from outside vendors are prohibited.

• I understand tape may not be used on walls or furniture.

• I understand furniture may not be rearranged without approval.

• I understand all rental décor remains the property of Kids Corner.

• I understand that confetti, pinatas, sparkler candles, and face paint are prohibited.

*Outside Vendors

• I agree to notify Kids Corner before bringing any outside entertainer.

• I understand proof of insurance may be required.

*Safety & Age Policies

• I understand the equipment is designed for children ages 0–6.

• I understand children over six may attend but may not play on the equipment.

• I understand I am responsible for my guests' behavior.

• I understand that every minor attending the event must have a liability waiver on file.

*Damages

• I accept responsibility for damage caused by my guests.

• I authorize Kids Corner to charge my card for repair, replacement, excessive cleaning, or missing rental items if necessary.

*Cancellations & Rescheduling

• I understand deposits are non-refundable.

• I understand rescheduled parties must occur within 30 days, subject to availability.

• I have reviewed the Inclement Weather Policy.

*Agreement

I certify that I have read and understand the Kids Corner Party Booking Agreement. I agree to follow all facility policies and understand that failure to comply may result in additional fees or termination of my event.
