Service Description
Are you ready for event decor that will have your guests talking for weeks?Book our custom balloon services for any occasion. Please note: • A minimum order of $200 is required for delivery and installation. • One bundle of balloons is 1-1.5 linear feet of balloons. Please measure your area and select the appropriate size. •Balloons do not like direct sunlight. Deflation may happen to balloons placed in direct sunlight, and there is nothing that we can do to prevent this. We recommend an indoor space or shaded space for balloon set ups. •Balloons will naturally oxidize in the heat and will take on a matte finish. This is a natural process that occurs and can not be prevented. • We need at least 2 hours before your event to install your balloons. Please allow a clean and unobscured space for your balloon installation. We do not install any balloons above 8 feet off the ground. We look forward to working with you!
Cancellation Policy
•Please have a clear path for bringing balloons into your venue. •Please keep all children & animals away from the balloons and installation site until completed. •Loose balloons, deflated balloons and some of our installation materials are a safety/choking hazard. Keeping children away from the installation area is crucial until the job is completed. •Command Hooks are used to install the balloons to surfaces. Command Hooks claim to be removable without damage, however, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur to surfaces from the adhesive. •Kids Corner of Murfreesboro Inc. (DBA Balloons By KC) is NOT responsible for any popping or deflation of balloons after we leave the venue. Please be aware of temperature and sun exposure for outdoor setups. Shaded areas are best for balloons. Balloons will deflate and/or pop in prolonged direct sunlight. •Kids Corner of Murfreesboro Inc. (DBA Balloons by KC) is not responsible for any injury or death caused by our balloons. •Balloons are made of LATEX. Please be aware of any allergic reactions that may occur from coming into contact with LATEX. •Once installed, the balloons are yours. We are not responsible for any clean-up of balloons once the installation is complete. If you are renting a backdrop from us, please have balloons removed prior to the scheduled pick-up time or a clean-up fee may be applied. •If you need to cancel your order, no refunds can be made once the deposit or balance is paid. •If you need to reschedule your order, we will do our best to accommodate your new date. If we can not accommodate your new date, 50% of your deposit will be refunded. •Kids Corner is not responsible for the condition of any Grab & Go orders once that order leaves our store. We will not re-inflate any balloons for free once they leave our store.
