Cancellation Policy

📅 Booking Policy To secure your order, full payment is required at the time of booking. Orders are not added to the calendar until payment is received. • Orders are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis • Availability is limited each week • Rush orders may be accepted for an additional fee (if availability allows) Please provide: • Package selection + add-ons • Event theme, colors, and wording • Inspiration photos (Pinterest, invitations, etc.) • Your pick-up or delivery date (not event date) 🎨 Design & Creation Policy Each banner is hand-painted and uniquely created based on your selected package and inspiration. • Creative direction is entrusted to the artist unless a mock-up is purchased • Minor variations in color, layout, and style are part of the handmade process • Spelling and wording are approved based on what the client submits Mock-Ups: • Available for $15 (recommended for specific requests) • Includes one round of revisions • Additional revisions may incur a fee Turnaround Time: • Standard turnaround is typically 5–7 days • This may vary depending on order volume ✏️ Changes & Edits • Changes must be requested within 24 hours of booking • Major design changes after work has begun may require an additional fee • Last-minute changes are not guaranteed 💳 Refund & Cancellation Policy Due to the custom nature of each banner, all sales are final. • No refunds once work has begun • Cancellations within 24 hours of booking may receive a partial refund (minus any design time) • If a client fails to provide necessary details, delays do not qualify for refunds 📦 Pick-Up & Delivery Policy Pick-Up Location: Kids Corner of Murfreesboro Pick-Up Times: • Friday: 8:30 AM – 2 PM • Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12 PM • Sunday: 10 AM – 2 PM • Banners must be picked up during designated times unless prior arrangements are made • Items not picked up may not be guaranteed for your event Delivery: • Available for an additional fee • Delivery windows will be scheduled in advance ⚠️ Responsibility & Care • Client is responsible for proper handling after pick-up/delivery • We are not responsible for damage caused after delivery • Banners are durable but should be handled with care 🎉 Final Note Each banner is created with intention, creativity, and attention to detail.
