Cancellation Policy
Deposits for Private Events are non-refundable and full payment is required before the date of the event. Cancellations will lose their deposit. If you have to reschedule your event/party, you must give 7 days notice and reschedule within a 30 day timeslot. Parties that get rescheduled may have to be scheduled for a weekday evening if all private event availability is booked up. No cancelations can be made to custom-themed decor. There are no refunds for custom-themed decor. Please read our "Party FAQ and Policies" page for a full list of rules.
