Cancellation Policy
Because class sizes are limited, each reservation represents a spot that is being held specifically for your family, and we want to ensure that every child on the waitlist gets an opportunity to participate. Starting on 09/17/26, we are introducing an updated class cancellation & no-show policy. We understand that plans can change! If you are unable to attend a class you've reserved, please cancel your reservation at least 12 hours before the scheduled class so that we can offer your spot to another family. Members who reserve a class and do not attend, or who cancel with less than 12 hours' notice, may be charged a $10 no-show/late-cancellation fee. This policy applies to classes attended as a complimentary membership benefit as well as classes offered to members at a discounted rate. Repeated no-shows: Members who repeatedly reserve classes without attending may have their ability to reserve complimentary or discounted classes temporarily suspended. *Guests who paid for a full priced ticket can receive a refund or credit to use on a future class, as long as 12 hours notice is given. No refunds or credits can be given for late cancellations or no-shows.*
