Please read party policies before booking. What's Included: • Up to 20 children, 60 total people • 2 hour private rental of our entire 2600 sqft. facility • white bounce castle • custom color 10 ft. balloon garland (see balloon page for upgrades) • wooden arch backdrop OR brass circle backdrop • cylinder cake pillars • themed pizza plates, cake plates & napkins for 16 • coordinating table runners and centerpieces • rattan gift opening chair or white highchair • 1 Kids Corner party host You Provide: • Food & Drinks • Cake/Cupcakes Add on options: • pizzas ($15 per large pizza) • cupcakes ($30 sheet of 30) • cake or cupcake toppers ($25) • custom coloring sheets ($30) • mini waters or juice boxes (.75 ea.) • tea & lemonade station with ice bucket ($40) • additional party room time ($75 per half hour based on availability) Decor Rentals: • front door or bounce house balloon garland ($150+) • custom vinyl for wooden arch backdrop ($40+) • custom birthday banner ($50+) • large foil letter or number balloons ($10 ea.) • themed mylar balloons ($20 ea.) • 4 foot tall LED marquee letters or numbers ($125 per) • custom decor that requires manufacturing will be priced once we have had the chance to source materials • additional decor may be available upon request. 50% deposit required to book your event and secure your date. Custom Decor requires an additional deposit to go into production. No refunds can be given for custom themed party decor. Because balloon artistry is a part of our business, we kindly ask that no outside balloons be brought in with the exception of helium balloons. Outside food and drinks are allowed. Please bring a cutting/serving knife and additional cutlery if you are bringing a cake. Small, dry finger foods are best if bringing additional food. Please no food that requires heating, as we do not have a way to heat anything up for you. Please communicate any food allergy concerns so that our staff can accommodate you. All food must be kept in the party room, or our designated eating tables. * We DO NOT provide lighters or matches for candles. Please remember to bring your own lighter. • All themes & color selections must be chosen within 14 days of booking. No changes can be made related to colors and theme 6 weeks from event date.
Deposits for Private Events are non-refundable and full payment is required before the date of the event. Cancellations will lose their deposit. If you have to reschedule your event/party, you must give 14 days notice and reschedule within a 30 day timeslot. Parties that get rescheduled may have to be scheduled for a weekday evening if all private event availability is booked up. No cancelations can be made to custom themed decor. There are no refunds for custom themed decor. Please read our "Party FAQ and Policies" page for a full list of rules.
